Yes, you should always have your ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) re-calibrated after replacing your windshield.   ADAS cameras control such systems as blind spot monitors, collision avoidance systems, driver drowsiness detection, and lane departure systems.  Even if you are not seeing a warning light after replacing your windshield, the camera could be out of calibration.  If your new windshield is not an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) windshield, it is most likely not manufactured to the same exact specs as the original manufacturer.  Therefore, it may be slightly off calibration  and the ADAS will not work correctly.
